Today His true promise is to be believed. Today it is He who is Muhammed the True.

ejee peeran ba(n)daa tolannaa
     gur vachan aa(n)daa bi ddhoi ddhoi...........................3

Creatures will be weighed by the Pirs. It is those who accept the words of the Guide who will find admittance.

ejee saadhu lage saadh thiaa
     tiyaa(n) gaaphal vetthaa roi roi.............................4

Those who cleave to the holy become holy themselves. The heedless sit there weeping.

ejee soho vareh ki jivannaa
     ba(n)daa aakhar marannaa bi hoi hoi..........................5

Though you may live for a hundred years, o creature, at last death will overcome you.

peer shamsh kahe dil dariyaa chaandrunnaa
     je kare kirataar so hoi hoi..................................6

Peer Shamsh says: his heart is as generous as the ocean and is shinning like the moon. Whatever the Creator does comes to pass.
