His Highness The Aga Khan delivered the graduation address to the graduating SIPA (School of International and Public Affairs) students from Columbia University. The ceremonies took place at 2pm on Monday May15th 2006 at the Riverside Church in New York City. Prince Hussain, himself a SIPA graduate, was in attendance with his soon to be Princess, Khaliya.
