Morning and Afternoon sessions for Vancouver?

Has the scheduled for the AM session or PM session based on the JK that you registered at been confirmed for Vancouver? Just want to make sure I am seated with my family(Dharkhana and Burnaby Lake) as I registered at Downtown.
