Islam is dinul yusar and not dinul 'usar. God does not put unnecessary burden beyond the capacity of a person. In Islam pregnant women near labor are relieved from saying Salat, Du'a, reason is with big tummy they are unable to perform sajdah properly, it is difficult for them to sit and stand in between or after Du'a for tasbihaat. Also pregnant women are relieved from fasting so that there should be no harm to babies yet to born.

Gods's perfect creation -- male and female -- exactly as they are --
therefor a female has every right to pray for her soul just as her counter part-- regardless of her condition! -- (menstruation is part of everyday life)

Agree that a female has every right to pray for her soul any time, but is menstruation part of everyday life of a woman as you wrote? I don't think so.

Mostly religions prohibit women from praying at worship places during menstruation period, be it mosque, temple, or mandir. Lately the same issue is tackled in India though supreme court's ruling allowed the women to worship at Sabarimala shrine. There are Hindu zealots who are protesting in Kerala. Reason is, as BBC NEWS mentioned;

"Hinduism regards menstruating women as unclean and bars them from participating in religious rituals. But while most Hindu temples allow women to enter as long as they are not menstruating, the Sabarimala temple is unusual in that it was one of the few that did not allow women in a broad age group to enter at all". In chapter 37 of Wajh Din Nasir Khusraw wrote about menstruation. In the following paragraph he wrote before explaining Taweel of menstruation:

"During menstruation period women are unclean, therefore they should not say salat (namaz/dua) or read Quran, they should refrain from going to masjid until blood stops. When bleeding stop then they should take shower, clean themselves and say salat. The salats which were not said during menstruation are not necessary to be performed later on as qaza.
