Jug maanhe sirevaa kisi ki re ho,
srevaa apnne saaheb ji ki kije 1

In this age whose service should you perform?
Perform the service of the Saheb (Imam).

Eji jug maanhe naam kisi kaa re ho,
naam apnne mowlaa kaa lije 2

In this age whose name should be taken or contemplated upon?
Contemplate upon the name of your Mowla (Imam).

Jug maanhe chintaa kisi kire ho,
chintaa apnne jivadde ki kije 3

In this age what should you be concerned about?
You should be concerned about your soul.

Shaah kun umaao kari jere ho,
Gur kaa paanu dhoi pije 4

Maintain love and devotion for the Shah (Imam).
Having purified the companionship of the Guru, drink (of the Noor).

Aad-satth tirath jo kari jere ho,
saaheb toy na pati je 5

Even if you performed the sixty eight pilgrimages,
You will not attain (the recognition of) the Saheb (Imam).

Ann faleaa tirath na ki jere ho,
gaafal firan gemaar 6

Do not perform unrewarding pilgrimages,
The ignorant are lost wandering.

Gur binaa gangaa bulaay re ho,
gangaa na aai mede bhaai 7

Without the Guru (Guide), the Ganges is remote,
Ganges is not attained thus.

Jab hai-jindaa kidi re ho,
tab gangaa aai mede bhaai 8

When you perform 'Hai Zinda' (in JK),
Then you attain the Ganges (perform the real pilgrimage).

Taare sarve imaan onneaa re ho,
savaa bhaar traagddaa toddaai 9

Then one attains all Iman (faith),
Which is superior than the thread worn by the Bhramins (sign of faith).

Imaam paatrki khabar na paai re ho,
murakhe bhed na paay 10

They have no knowledge of the authority of the Imam,
The foolish do not attain the mysteries.

Mirjaa Shaah Khalilaa sirevaa re ho,
jaa tak jiyo mede bhaai 11

Perform the service of the honorable Shah Khalilah (the Imam),
Then you will have indeed lived well.

Jenne khari dasond didhi re ho,
tini amraapuri paay 12

The ones who have submitted Dasond properly,
Have indeed attained paradise.

Duniyaa paakhandde laagi re ho,
jutthe dhande bhulaa-i 13

Those engaged in the sins of the world,
Have indeed lost themselves in false activities.

Noh palange besegi re ho,
saasu karengi kamaai 14

The daughter in law will be seated comfortably on a couch,
While the mother in law will do all the work.

Duniyaa chaddti paddti re ho,
feraa firi jugaa jug aai 15

The world rises and falls,
One goes through many cycles of existence thus.

Pir boliyaa Indra Imaamdin re ho,
aaj kal khotti veraa aai 16

Pir Imamdin has spoken:
"This false present age has thus arrived."
