The aircraft used in Kaliyuga, the on-going yuga, are called Kritakavimana, flown by the power of engines. Twenty-five varieties of aircraft including "Sundara", "Shukana" and "Rukma" belong to this era.
According to Swami Sri Yukteshwar's theory we are not in Kaliyuga anymore. Infact our age is in the ascending Dwapura Yuga advancing towards Treta and Satya Yugas. The aeronautical science is in advance and in future will match the knowledge of the Satya and Treta Yugas....

I read this in Swami Yukteshwarji's book "The Holy Science" that this is Dwaparyug not a Kaliyug (I read some pages of this book) also his one disciple Paramhansha Yoganand also mentioned his Guru's this thinking in
his own book "Autobiography of a Yogi" (that this is not a Kaliyug),
but after reading all of these, I still can not accept that this is not a Kaliyug upon saying of a single author Swami Yukteshwarji only, I rather accept the theory of our ginanic literature and accept the theory of what other religions believes like Hindus, Budhist, Jain, Shikh e.t.c. than the theory of this Swami.
For me it is very hard to accept the theory of Swami on Yugas, the time he calculated for 4 yugas, his own thinking on various aspects which is not acceptable by me and by many others that is why this book has been criticized many times by many scholars and authors, in my opinion his theory is totally different than 'SHRIMAD BHAGWAT MAHA PURAN' and many Hindu epic books, SHRIMAD BHAGWAT MAHA PURAN" is considered a authentic puran in Hindu religion, our pirs also accepted some theories from this puran and other Hindu scriptures, specially about 4 yugas, creation this world, ten incarnation e.t.c. so, I will accept what our Pirs and purans, scriptures and theory of other religious books are saying.
Also the time age he wrote in his book for Lord Krishna and Lord Rama is not accurate.
Top of this book " The Holy Science" has been criticized many times.
So if you have any other books in your mind please let me know.

You are entitled to your opinion but you must accept the fact that humanity and science is generally advancing in its knowledge about creation. This is consistent with the phase of advancement as indicated by the Swami's theory. If you accept the notion that we are in Kaliyuga, then we would still be regressing in our knowledge which is not the case. I have explained in my discussions elsewhere how Swami Yukteshwar's theory reconciles with the Ginans so I will not repeat it here.
Very interesting indeed! Thanks for sharing. This information is consistent with Swami Yukteshwar's theory of cyclical progress and regressions. We are in the ascending cycle of the Dwapura and therefore I expect that we will be hearing more and more about such information. Humanity generally will have the capacity to grasp all this information and knowledge.

UFO filmed near active volcano in japan after tsunami

The destruction and loss of life that has occurred in Japan over the last few days has shocked people across the globe, many being forced to re-evaluate their very belief systems. UFO activity preceding the tragedy was intense and inarguable and UFOs continue to be both sighted and recorded in the aftermath of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami.
The connection between UFOs and earthquake activity has been noted for decades now. Researchers such as Professor Michael Persinger and author Pat Regan have written and lectured on the topic extensively.
Now as the threat of increased volcanic activity looms over Japan, one or possibly two UFOs have been seen and filmed near the active Sukurajima Volcano on Kyushu Island (see video below). This area has not been affected by the recent events.
One orb type UFO, seen in the above left hand corner of the video below, has been compared to the UFO seen recently over Jerusalem. Another possible UFO is seen emerging from the volcano. Some have claimed that this is just debris.
It is not known precisely why alien activity and UFO sightings increase before and during such events. Some researchers have suggested aliens arrive at such moments to warn humanity of impending disaster. Others have suggested aliens actually intervene to lessen the extent of damage during such catastrophes.
Interestingly, a number of crop circle researchers made serious efforts over the last year to warn of a serious nuclear disaster set to occur in mid March 2011 (such an event seems to have occurred with the damage and potential meltdown of nuclear power plants in Japan due to the earthquake). These warnings were based on interpretations of these alleged alien messages found primarily in grain fields. The scientific community chose to ignore these warnings, regarding crop circle research as pseudoscience.

You may also read my criticism on KM's thinking on the theory of Swami Yuktwshwarji which has been criticized by many other scholars as well and which is not acceptable. If you have deep study of Hinduism then you must agree with me and other scholars.
By the way ancient aircraft (VIMANS) has nothing to do with Hinduism but your post on ancient vimans and names given are useful.
There are many books availbale on this subject in English and many Indo languages now a days, but interesting readers may read this book "Vimana Aircraft of Ancient India and Atlantis" by Childress, David Hatcher

The increased danger now posed by radiation from earthquake damaged Japanese atomic power plants was specifically warned about by Swiss UFO contactee Billy Meier’s, as early as 1958.
This was further underlined, in 1976, when Meier’s extraterrestrial contact person, Semjase, emphatically stated that, “All established atomic power plants have to be destroyed and new plants of those types have to be forbidden.”
Wrong Priorities
According to Michael Horn, Meier’s American media representative, “The same people who always prioritize profits above all else still promote this destructive, toxic technology, using comforting words and false assurances; anything for a dollar, including your life. How on earth did we ever agree to use something so deadly to all life that the waste product itself can never be safely disposed of?"
While this is no time to add insult to the huge injuries already inflicted upon the Japanese people, it is a painfully clear reminder of the real, unacceptable cost of so-called ‘safe and clean’ nuclear energy.
“Mankind has also long sown the seeds of environmental disasters. Extracting petroleum imbalances the tectonic plates, increasing the frequency and intensity of the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. The stubborn corporate resistance to developing new, non-polluting energy sources is now extracting its terrible toll on us all. It’s the same consciousness that brought us the BP oil disaster in the Gulf, the full consequences of which are also yet to unfold.”
Coming Dangers
According to Horn, we must now prepare to deal with many, now no longer preventable, negative events. He said that our scientists already know of two such potential catastrophes that could devastate portions of the U.S. but have done little to warn, and prepare, the public.
One situation involves the Cascadia Subduction Zone in the Pacific Northwest, where scientists now confirm the great likelihood of a 9.0 earthquake, and tsunami, near Portland, which Meier warned about - three years before the scientists at Oregon State University.
Another looming catastrophe – which could cost 20 – 30 million lives in the U.S., according to the Plejaren extraterrestrials – is the inevitable eruption of the Cumbre Vieja Volcano on the Island of La Palma, in the Canary Islands.
Call to Action
“There should be massive preparations to provide efficient escape routes in Oregon, as well as access for emergency services to assist those who get caught in the event. Regarding the Cumbre Vieja Volcano and the tsunami its eruption would cause, the Plejaren proposed a systematic, ‘quiet’ dismantling of the part of the volcano that is at risk, to minimize casualties from the predicted inundation of the eastern seaboard. But so far these warnings have fallen on the deaf ears of the know-it-alls in the so-called ‘scientific community’, just like Meier’s warnings about the dangers from the Apophis asteroid.
“It’s no longer a world where bad things only happen to nameless, faceless people ‘over there’. We will all be affected, sooner or later. Heeding the warnings, and advice, from Meier and the Plejaren could still be of immense assistance to us. But no one’s coming to save us from the consequences of our own irresponsible actions. It’s solely up to us to assure our own future survival.”

Anyways this is my take.....the year 2012 will mark the end of kaliyug and the start of satya yug...This is my take as per the research i have done.....However I do believe most of what maherali bhai said ....the only difference between his belief and mine is that he believes that we have already started our journey is satya yug or whatever it is as per him and for me its gonna be the year 2012.
The reason why Iam saying satya yug is because there will be great distruction in 2011 and 2012....Islam will be the only and only accepted religion = SATYA ........The age of true momins or murids......this reminds me of guru nanak sahebs saying where he said :

Nope, it is too early bro, as per my own research in ginanic literature it won't happen untill the end of this century or till the first decade in next century, this time will call 'SAT YUG OR 'RATAN JUG" and it will last 1.25 lakhs years according our pirs.
By the way this time we are passing right now is Kaliyug and it is in its 'TOP GEAR" pir mabap used the word 'FADTAAL VELA" science will be very advance this time and many new discoveries will be found, many unbelievable and strange things will be happen, which we can not even think about it,but the other hand the power of devil forces also rise rapidly, sins also risen, few peoples will believe in god ,there will be big crash between science and religion, you can find these and more prediction in ginans.
