Does anyone know the 16 Kalaas of the Pir and the 12 Kalaas of the Imam?

Kalaas meaning art, techniques, powers, etc.

I know 4 kalaas of the pir were given to the jamat, but what are the other 12?

This is definately the wrong Forum to put this kind of question. Put it on doctrinal issues instead.

The only think I know of this subject is that about 50 years back in Mombasa, someone known as Bhachi Bai gave a lecture on each Kala for 16 days in a row. So it does not look like an easy subject.
