The name of these gifts Nav Nand and their explanation is given in Noor en Allah Noor by Shamsuddin Haji missionary. The book is available in this website. You will need to download pdf file of it. The description is given on page 141 of the book (which is page 184) of pdf file. H

Following are nine GIFTS OR NIYAMATS according prophet Mohammad (PBUH):-
1, Iman & Love towards Allah.
2, Able to find true Murshid/Imam (Rahbar)
3, Living parents so he/she can do khidamat/seva of them.
4, Obedient/biddable and Nek husband or wife.
5, Ilm ( knowledge)
6, Good Health.
7, Good and obedient decedents/childrens, aulad.
8, Good Reputation in community
9, Enough fund to live, Good Characters, Good neighbor, no debt, no weaknesses and no bad habits.
But remember this, it is hard to receive all these gifts/niyamats from Almighty Allah, some receives one, some receives two- or three, some receives up to five or six but nobody can receive all nine rewards/niyamats stated above in his/her lives.
