Deat Kalinga's activities and Predictions

Post by star_munir »

Here is the translation of Ginan Gur Nar thi bula...by Pir Shams.
(Translation as given by Tazim Kassam in Songs of Wisdom and Circles of dance)
1) Do not make the mistake of disputing with the Gurnar, For he can imbalance the minds of strangers.
2) Those who make this mistake are labeled great sinners. Without the Guru, the soul can not be freed.
3) The demon (daitya) will seat himself in a cross legged posture. He will make the entire earth prostrate before him.
4) The devil kalinga has 40,000 demon attendants. Each one of whom will bring great strife.
5) Reciting magic spells over sand, they will produce grain. Thus they will produce canteens which provide free food.
6) Reciting magic spells over water, the demons will make butter. Thus they will run canteens which provide free butter fat.
7) Reciting magic spells over dust, the demons will produce sugar. Thus they will run canteens which provide free sugar.
8) Reciting magic spells over their wings, the demons will train parrots. Thus they will teach them to chant the name of Kalinga.
9) The demons will make wooden horses appear to be eating food. Indeed they will promote such sorry spectacles.
10) The devil Kalinga will bring dead men back to life. In this fourth age, he will show people their (dead) parents.
11) The demons will raise an umbrella beneath an overcast sky. They will let the rain lightly drizzle with a cool breeze.
12) The devil Kalinga will sell bread in exchange for copper coins. But my Swamiraja can turn those into gold.
13) In times of such adversity, the heart will find no peace. But the Swamiraja will protect it and preserve it.
14) Pir Shams recites this ginan so full of great significance. Beware, for the demons will engineer such kinds of trickey.

Munir,

Thanks for the post. Why do we create new posts and scatter pieces of information all over. There have been quite a few threads on this subject at least one created by yourself and the translation of the Ginan that you have posted is also given in another thread:
