Art is a powerful emotional tool for creating awareness and fostering a commitment to change the world, even if each print makes just a small dent. Think Uncle Sam's "I Want You For The U.S. Army," Apple's "Think Different" and the "Wonderful Copenhagen" poster with a police officer helping a mother duck across the street with her small ducklings. If you want to disseminate information quickly and engage people, thought-provoking art posters are an effective medium.

This follow-up project particularly focuses on the records of Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan (1966-1977) and of Poul Hartling (1978-1985). The records serve to document the wide ranging work of the Office of the High Commissioner, and include extensive material on missions, speeches, correspondence and briefs.

Please remember Plai Petch-Article by prince sadrudin Aga Khan 1997-12-29

Human beings don't have an elephant's memory and most of you have forgotten me.

My name was Plai Petch and I was shot dead by police one year ago - on Sunday, Dec 29, 1996 to be exact - shortly after breaking loose from a chain which kept me tied to a tree for 20 years at Wat Puet Udon, Pathum Thani.

The metal ring was biting into my leg and the pain was excruciating, yet I always let men take me back to my tree and never hurt anyone or caused any damage during the few times when I released myself in the past.
