"In place of various messages read at present daily, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly, only following special message to be read once every week all over Africa to spiritual children after prayers"

Best Paternal blessings all dearest Africa spiritual children. Am thinking of you all night and day now. That European war is over. Everywhere post-war plans will be put into action. And in order to withstand all competition and face difficulties with success, it is of paramount importance that the strictest economy should be observed in all worldly expenditure. Your chief weapon in this struggle is abstinence from tobacco and alcohol which are physically. mentally and financially harmful

Most serious attention should be paid to simple food, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and avoiding meats and spices and taking milk, but I mean fresh cow's, goat's or ass's milk and not tinned substitute. Also milk products Dahi, Chhas and cheese. I specially ask those who live in such parts as there is abundant milk supply to learn to make cheese and send same in approved hygenic parcels to spiritual children living in towns who I hope will make abundant use of cheese. They should also learn to make cheese from fresh milk as in India. Dahi and Chhas give same benefits and replace milk without having adverse effects of liver and kidneys.

Raw pawpaw must be eaten at breakfast and ripe pawpaws at other meals. Also onions, garlic and carrots eaten raw after removing carefully the outer peel are most beneficial and act as best disinfectant for the digestive system. All this is most essential if the health system of our future generation is not to be jeopardised.

All moneys saved from rigid economy in daily life should be invested safely in Diamond Jubilee Investment Trust Company Limited now formed in shares or on deposit. Similarly all surplus money not required immediately in business should be put in this parent company. And our corporations and cooperative societies. Thus strengthening our foundations in these territories and marking provisions for bad times which are bound to come during Depression after war.

AGAKHAN
